If you agree to give EBR Groups a discount (5%, 10%, the amount is your choice), if you're able, set up the discount to automatically calculate at your affiliate link or within Owner Rez by using the code "EBRgroups." This is the code that will be provided to all groups coming to Edgewater.

Website listing fee is $149 annual + a one-time concierge set up fee of $100 to be charged separately. Sun and Sand Services clients receive a 25% discount on the set up.

I may cancel anytime with written notice to the site admin.
Consent - Cancellation Policy*
I agree.
Cancellations <30 days after listing or renewal are refundable less a $15 fee. Cancellations 1-5 months after listing or renewal are refunded on a prorated basis for time remaining. Cancellations >6 months after listing or renewal are non-refundable. Any qualifying refunds must be made in writing to the site admin.
Consent - Host Responsibility to Approve Listing < 48 hours*

I understand that I will be notified when my listing is live and must notify admin within 48 hours of any corrections needed. After 48 hours--if no requests have been sent by me-- the listing is deemed approved by all parties and EdgewaterCondosforRent.com or its owner bears no responsibility for inaccurate info, missing info, or incorrect pricing.

I understand that listing this property is optional, and there are no guarantees of receiving bookings. All communication is handled directly between host/guest, and all financial transactions take place between host/guest without any interception by, involvement with, responsibility of, or booking fees being charged or collected by EdgewaterCondosforRent.com
